The real estate market continues its upswing in the Naples area, even during the low-season.
In June, 1,134 properties have closed in the Naples area. 86 properties sold for $1M to over $9M.
1,024 other properties have been under contract during the same period of time.
Among June's sales:
- A house on Port Charles Dr in Port Royal listed $10,499,000 sold for $9,350,000.
- A house in Bay Colony Shores listed $2,695,000 sold for $2,550,000.
- A beachfront home on Bonita Beach listed $3,295,000 sold for $2,975,000.
